1 Year Happiness Promise
What's covered:
- Photos get ruined or missing. Only same photos reprint is free of charge. Customers who wish to print new different photos may need to contact us thru email or Whatsapp before proceed. *Shipping is not covered
- Chains breaking or closures not functioning as expected (lobster clasps, sliders, bolos included!)
- Lockets and hinge bracelets refusing to stay closed
- Stretch bracelets or elastics snapping
- And other similar damages
IMPORTANT: Our warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear (such as scratches, tarnishing, or fading), damage from improper care (including exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force), or any modifications made by third parties outside of Baeysic.
How to Submit
To submit a warranty claim please reach out to mybaeysic@gmail.com or WhatsApp +601125282968 with the following details:
- Order number
- Product name
- Shipping address and phone number
- Brief description of the issue and when or how it happened
- Video or Photos showing the entire item & close-up of the area of concern
By submitting a warranty claim, you agree to the following terms:
- Product Return: If your claim is approved, the item must be returned to us by your own for quality inspection and testing. Baeysic do not cover for any shipping for warranty.
- Replacement: If the item is in stock, you will receive a replacement of the same product.
- Refund: If the item is out of stock or discontinued, a refund equal to the original purchase price will be issued.
- Promotional Items: Products received through promotions or campaigns may not be covered under our warranty policy.
